So, Mommy had planned to stop blogging your every move at your first birthday, but now I've decided to keep going. (Mommy always reserves the right to change her mind, you know...) You just do too many cute things for me not to blog about them!
Here are some of the cute things you are doing now:
- You are OBSESSED with bananas. You have one everyday, and usually throw what Mommy and Daddy call a "banana fit" to get another one.
- You say lots of animal sounds, especially tiger, monkey and dog.
- You say the word "umbrella."
- You go "ah..ah..ah" when we ask you what The Count (from Sesame Street) says.
- You are quite the Daddy's boy right now, and pretty much only want "Dadda."
- You try to repeat almost everything we ask you to say. You get the sound or tone of the words right, but are still working on your diction.
- You have learned the word "Mine!" Everything is yours now, even Phoebe's toys...
- When Dadda picks you up from day care, you wave and keep playing.
- You have the biggest, loudest, most jolly belly laugh. It is infectious!
